Airfare is not included. Once you arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN), complimentary shared round-trip airport shuttle transportation is included in your retreat experience.
None at all. The retreat is designed for all experience levels, and Candi guides each practice step by step. You are always encouraged to honor your body, your boundaries and your own pace.
Yes. Many guests arrive independently. The circle is intentionally limited to 10 people, with shared experiences and communal meals designed to create connection without asking you to perform or arrive with someone else.
Yes. All-inclusive luxury dining and 24-hour room service are included. The itinerary also makes room for communal meals, quiet nourishment and the premium Hibachi experience.
The General Alignment tier includes a luxury suite with double occupancy, shared with another retreat guest. The Executive VIP Catalyst tier includes a private, single-occupancy sanctuary suite.
Because the retreat is limited to 10 participants and resort accommodations are secured well in advance, all deposits and registration fees are non-refundable. If Kaleidoscope Healing must cancel the retreat, registration fees will be refunded, but outside costs such as airfare are not covered.
Yes. We strongly recommend comprehensive third-party travel insurance, ideally with Cancel For Any Reason coverage, to protect your retreat investment, airfare and unexpected medical or travel interruptions. Kaleidoscope Healing does not endorse a particular insurance carrier.
You are responsible for a valid passport, any required visa, airline requirements and current Mexican entry and customs rules. Please verify the requirements that apply to your nationality and itinerary before booking. A denied boarding or entry decision does not qualify for a refund.
No. Gateway to Gratitude offers holistic, energetic and educational wellness experiences. Candi is an energetic practitioner, not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist or mental health therapist. Please consult an appropriate healthcare professional before registering if you have medical or mental health concerns.
